ОтветитьU usually tell ke bhai itne portions carbs ke itne proteins ke etc etc but un portion sizes main theres a lot of confusion it would be much helpful if u actually mention in grams the weight of carbs proteins etc for wg if i take chicken which lies under the category of proteins please let us know the weight of chicken we can consune at a time
