I'll explain what I believe to be the Whole Foods joke.

It's meant to tie into the fact that the guy hasn't got the vax as most people who don't get it believe they're saving their bodies from further harm (hence the "my body is a temple" line) but then he says the guy is eating nachos with dips which is obviously unhealthy and basically trying to say because he cares about his body enough to not get the vax he should be eating whole foods not nachos.
