THIS is an interview with one of the owners of Baileys Wine Bar, on Lord Street, Southport, Merseyside, UK, filmed in June 2024. The owners Anthony and Kath Mitchell moved up Lord Street from the bar's former location to its new location next to Costa Coffee, on Lord Street, last year (2023), taking over part of what was Skies Bar. Anthony served in the armed forces for 12 years, and Kath previously worked in banking and recruitment.
