#1 - Max Fried's name is pronounced "FREEEEEED" not fried as in a fried egg.
#2 - why in the world would the Yankees target a 29 year old Korean infielder when they have their own young prospects in either Oswald Peraza or Oswaldo Cabrera with a backup in DJ LeMahieu, especially when all three of them are much better hitters than Kim? Makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.

Not getting Juann Soto cannot be overlooked or shined over by any other pick ups. Soto didn't want to come to thet eam because Boone was brought back as manager and that is a ridiculous move.

What we need are players that can hit for average. Keep Torres. He just had a bad year. When a player has a bad year the Yankees move on from that player too often. If Kim was a left handed bat, maybe. Although not signing Soto was the right move it left a huge hole to fill. A left handed bat who has a good average and some pop.

Forget about Juan Soto, there are a lot of players more exiting than Him. He doesn’t run , is a less than average fielder, and the yankees still have the best ofensive player in the league. The whole team is better as off now than last year.
