Hatschek Process of Calcium Silicate Board Production Line

The hatschek process is another method of producing fiber cement products. As the clean sieve is pulled under the slurry in the vat(usually 3 - 5 vats) , water from the slurry runs through the sieve depositing a thin film on the surface of the sieve, and the film lays continuously on the felt to become the green sheet.
