Nice mod!
ОтветитьIf you are taking about the shaft moving to much, just take off the endball and add and mix nylon shims to the shaft until you have about 0.03 - 0.05 mm of play.
ОтветитьI think he means the pinion slides off or around circular. Which I have the same problem.
ОтветитьOh. That may be difficult to fix, I would probably just use epoxy.
ОтветитьThinking about doing this but I just want to know how long did it take you to do this mod and how difficult was it?
ОтветитьDifficulty, med to high. Screw first inserted, unscrew, super glue, screw back in, cure, dremel slowly because of friction, take breaks. About 4-5 cutting periods. Difficultly is harder when the process requires precision and this is pretty much millimeters. Took me 3 hours with breaks inbetween for friction? I was watching The Walking Dead, and finished. This fix is more permanent though.
ОтветитьThis is probably the most helpful video on fixing semi auto problems in gearboxes. My solution was different but just seeing how everything interacted helped me solve my semi auto problem.
ОтветитьI just purchased a jg mp5 sd5 from airsplat and I have this problem but If I tried to fix it I would definitely screw something up so do you recommend I send it in to airsplat to fix?
ОтветитьWho makes that mag
Ответитьmy cyma dragunov was shooting full auto occasionally and I examined everything as this video shows but in the end i fixed it by stretching the little spring that pushes the cut off lever down. it was a little too light which caused it to malfunction... so consider this as well.
ОтветитьWould a MOSFET fix this
ОтветитьI got the same problem with my p90 from king arms cant find a good vid that shows how to fix my p90 hope its the same problem that you got so i can fix it to. :S
ОтветитьI need that mod :((
ОтветитьIt took quite a while before I found your solution to exactly the same problem I was having, thank you very much for making this video.
ОтветитьNice video !! Congrats brow
ОтветитьI NEED some assistance/advise putting in an M170 spring. Me, my dad, and my buddy all working together trying to shove the spring in (just a few inches) to the gearbox can't get it in. Should I cut a few of the coils or not since this is a DSG build? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
ОтветитьDude you have some undergroud mechbox videos mate! All the things ive had problems with that you cant easily google you have a solution for.
ОтветитьThank you for the explanation man!
ОтветитьThanks a lot man.
ОтветитьAwesome fix, Bro keep up the good work.
ОтветитьGood work my friend 👍. I've been working on airsoft guns for over 20 years and I never thought of trying that I must say . It happens a lot with hire guns after a while and sometimes a different brand of replacement trigger just won't work 100% so this is a good idea . We call it scardie trigger when it happens over here 😊
ОтветитьCouldnt you just allow the trolly to travel farther into the contacts by bending them out a bit at the opening and in slightly in the middle so that the cutoff gets into the corner of the little shelf instead of relying on hitting the tip where is it will inevitbly chip away at the plastic ?
ОтветитьYa.....
It's very very very awesome......!
Nice FIXING...
Nice job!
Ответитьwhat if my ak dosent want to shot full auto can some one help me
ОтветитьMy g&p was opposite. It would almost precock and the the trigger would break. Second pull trigger would bind and then break and the piston would fire. My trolly was wiggly.
ОтветитьGracias, magnífico trabajo de ingeniería! @airsoftcta
