There were about 24 chefs working this meal, June 18 2023, a Sunday night and Father’s Day. Executive Chef Eddy LeRoux was incredibly friendly and a pleasure to chat with. He and his team are doing wonderful things at Daniel. I get so excited for tours and leave glowing with energy and insight into how everything works.
