Ingredients
Coconut Filling:
200ml Water
5 tbsp Coconut Milk
200g Grated Coconut
90g to 100g Rock Sugar
4 Pandan Leaves, knotted
1/2 tsp Salt
50g Sesame Seeds, toasted
White Dough:
280g Glutinous Rice Flour
230ml Hot Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Oil
More Water to add if dough is dry
Blue Dough:
100g Glutinous Rice Flour
100ml Blue Color Water (from soaking dried blue pea flowers)
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oil
More Water to add if dough is dry
Banana leaves, cut into circles and brush with oil
