I know everyone likes to bash HS but this video makes me appreciate the dev team and the level of effort to keep things changing and fresh, which is the only reason why people keep playing, even several years since initial release. Having said that, the complexity of the game also increases, making it tough for newer players. Like most, we really appreciate all your guides. Even if they don’t provide same # of views, they make the transition MUCH easier. A huge THANK YOU for all you do.

Do you have any tips for what to do when you're given terrible hero choices? My strategy is to auto concede. It saves me time and thus mmr in the long run. Heros are poorly balanced which makes the free to play experience real shitty (only 2 hero choices compared to 4)

I do really really well in battlegrounds until usually the last 3 turns when my strategy seems to stop working and I really struggle. These tips reqlly actually helped

And same question to ranks…does battleground mode have ranks? I thought it’s completely random people are gathered, I don’t see any rank

I think who does those guides, should explain what get and when. Explain this without a step by step guide is totally useless imho

I realize that not many people will see this, but some advice for helping win more matches in Battlegrounds duo:
- the 'Catch' tavern spell is crazy powerful, but not if you only use it for +2 or +4 attack. If you're winning your matches in the early rounds is the perfect time to spend excess mana on passing this spell between you and tour teammate. The extra attack will be extremely useful in the late game.
- know what type of minions your teammate is playing, and pass them minions that they need. "They didn't ask for it" isn't a good excuse for not assisting them.
- do NOT play the same minion type as your teammate.
-communicate with your teammate, but don't tell them what to do unless they ask for your opinion. Respond when they ask about a minion.
- remember that you are a team! You win or lose together.
