Death Car on the Freeway??? Please!!! Can you do a review on that? 🙏
ОтветитьThe pile up scene in this movie is one of the best action sequences of all time.
ОтветитьI'm Peter Graves and I'm watching a review of Final Destination 2!
ОтветитьOh, nobody was scooping up that kid's remains with anything. That was a job for a firehose for sure.
ОтветитьAlso, the main character in this one, Kimberly, was played by a young A.J. Cook, who went on to great fame as Agent Jennifer "J.J." Jeareu from "Criminal Minds".
ОтветитьPlease review The Lift and Death Car on the Freeway one day! :)
ОтветитьSo surreal hearing TC Carson not screaming about killing Greek gods :O
Seriously, that's Kratos from the first God of War games
About time someone made a “Lift” reference.
ОтветитьWould love to see you review The Lift
ОтветитьWhat episode of 9 1 1 did she guest in
ОтветитьThat glass scene cut though
ОтветитьThis movie has always been the one that bothered me most in regards to the order of death. In the premonition the cop dies first , the guy who ended up bisected by the barbed wire dies secomf, he lottery winner is one of the final ones killed and the main girl's friends die with her last, but in the actual timeline her friends die first as the cop shoves her out of the way, which you'd assume would break the order of death in some substantial way.
ОтветитьIm 33 years old and still get nervous driving next to trucks thanks Final destination 2
ОтветитьI know SO many people that reference the log start scene from this movie, it's hilarious.
This along Freddy vs. Jason were the first "horror" movies I managed to watch while not covering my ears as a kid, so I remember them very fondly, and I'll never not go "yeeah" in my my every time I see the window smash cuz fuck that kid.😂
2 whole generations are afraid of logs/utility poles forever because of this film.
ОтветитьWhy's the camera so close to your face? where's the top of your head?
ОтветитьMan did I hate all of the characters in this one. They practically offed themselves by being dumb and panicking (though that's reasonable given the circumstances). It's still a good movie, just the characters annoy me.
ОтветитьI hope you do session 9 one day
ОтветитьStopped doing these movies reviews Brad lmfao 🤣 bruh 😎
ОтветитьI missed your videos about movies I liked :)
ОтветитьThat totally BANGED CHUNG TONIGHT, ol' Brado!
ОтветитьI was an Ali Larter fan since the first movie and also Legally Blond and Heroes. So disapointed that the turn out to be a racist.
ОтветитьFinal Destination 1: Made everyone afraid of flying on jet planes
Final Destination 2: Made everyone afraid of driving on highways
I like to think Alex's death was full of tension with a ton of stuff happening around him. Like he was almost hit by a car, almost fell into a big hole, lightning struck right beside him, a gun went off and it veered to his left and then once he thought he was in the clear the brick hit him.
Ответить"Death by ladder and leftovers" 😂
ОтветитьFinal Destination 2 is better than the first. It's the best in the series.
ОтветитьOh, TC Carson... Newer God of War games really lack you...
ОтветитьThe most fun entry of the series. I don’t like how they broke the rules somewhat, though. Still, easily the third or second best FD.
My ranking
5, 1, 2, …, 3…, …., …, ….4
I was actually already afraid of driving near log trucks because my grandmother was killed in the 90s when she and my grandfather stopped next to one at a light and just at that moment, the logs got loose and rolled onto their car. Somehow my grandfather survived, but she was crushed. So when I first saw this movie, it was just a matter of "YUP, THOSE THINGS ARE BLOOD THIRSTY."
ОтветитьTerminator 2 and this movie were partial inspiration for the Grindhouse movie Death Prof since they were largely done practical. It's also funny seeing Micky from Shameless as the kid who blows up. This one was funnier which helped offset the carnage.
ОтветитьFunny enough I made a joke about Alex death saying that it wasn’t even death that for him and it was Kevin McCallister.😂
ОтветитьThis one started the "being afraid" of things for me. I was never afraid of flying until about 3 months ago. However if you ever see a logging truck, who doesn't get all icky feeling. Or scared to go on a roller coaster after the 3rd. But we were all thinking "what if" when we rode them. I will never be at a raceway, so that didn't affect me, or going over a suspension bridge either.
ОтветитьThank you for the "The Lift" (1983) reference! Because everyone else refers to the elevator death scene as "ripped off of Resident Evil". BTW. "The Lift" is a cheesy, funny Dutch horror movie that is definitely worth checking out.
Ответитьso they have joe Biden in this movie
Ответить180 is a complete reversal, if you’re talking circles and degrees? That’s all I got.
ОтветитьTell me how I grew up watching final destination 2 but that was the first one I ever watched before any of the others and I watch criminal minds religiously when I was a little older throwing my high school years and I did not realize that Kimberly was played by AJ Cook for the longest time until like this year
ОтветитьThe Final Destination series of films are some of my favorite comedies ever ^^ <3
ОтветитьSo many "seriously, why...?" questions in the review...
Brad... As someone who watched this thing high recently... Because fun. You know perfectly what I am talking about. Stupid moronic fun.
I thought Clear was called Claire all the way through the first film until I saw the credits!
ОтветитьRest In Power Tony Todd.
ОтветитьThis was a great movie. Love this. One of the best scenes ever on the expressway
ОтветитьCan't wait for his review of the third one.
ОтветитьI know you're ribbing and making jokes, but f you want a semi-canon explanation for the visions, The Final Destination series has something of a mythology that's explained in one of the FD novels, "Looks Could Kill". The short version is that a god fell in love with a mortal, and grants her the ability to see the future. Some shit goes south, so the god ruins this perk for her, making it so that no one she tells will believe her visions. She now exists as a phantom granting her second sight to the living in order to save themselves.
Whether or not this is a worthwhile contribution to the series or if it's technically "true" is debatable, but I still find it interesting that such a myth exists in canon. It's well established by both the film and the books that these visions are a phenomena that have existed in their world for a while, so it makes sense that it would have its own mythological explanation like other things in the real world.
My mom saw this movie once back in 2005. She refuses to drive anywhere near any kind of truck to this day.
ОтветитьI remember being in the theatre & thinking, "Man, that barbecue sure is far away~ I wonder why~?" but the arm landing on the table had me bust up laughing.
Ответитьeveryone saying this flick made them afraid of driving behind trucks when the Russian brick video already did that for me
ОтветитьI would question whether or not a name like clear water is more hippie than porn but you have more knowledge of both than I do lol
Ответить
