For one thing, who cares about the opinions of paid liars at Fox to begin with. I love both bands, both singers. IMO neither has released interesting music for 20 years but I digress.

Honestly, FNM and RHCP are both great bands (well, at least RCHP was a great band a while ago, their last decent album was By The Way IMO)

Welcome to 2023, bizzaro world, where the establishment isn't just orchestrating an old fashioned divide and conquer strategy (left vs right) they've also managed to reverse the roles of both sides, however most people are too distracted and consumed by loathing the other side, they're completely oblivious to the fact that their political orientation is at odds with the ideological and political values that have always traditionally belonged to that orientation. People and groups can evolve and change course ideologically, in fact i would encourage that, however ideologies dont change.

So i know they hate each other but i have to admit that both or awesome bands. But faith no more is by far the best.

I thought Anthony was a jumped up wanker, for a hole bunch of reasons. Particularly because in his book he talks about screwing a 15ish year old when he was maybe early 30s I can't remember. But doesn't for a minute appear to see how that might be an problem. As it means he is a pedophile? Instead as always, he thinks he is so rad for grooming an underage girl.

Just bc Patton is more trained and more talented of a singer than Kiedis does not mean FNM is better than RHCP 🤣 Freaky Styley, Uplift Mofo Party Plan, Mothers Milk, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, Californication, By the Way, Stadium Arcadium…shit even One Hot Minutes SHITS on FNM and their discography. Patton tried so hard to look/sound like the Kiedis from 1984-1986 at a certain time and it was so obvious and so damn corny. Watch a music video of the Peppers from 1984 or 1986-7, then go watch a 1988-1989 FNM music video 🤦‍♂️ they 100% thought since Patton was more trained and polished than Kiedis, that they could do what the RHCP did but better and become bigger, leaving them in the dust. But guess who’s bigger and still going number 1 in multiple different countries? Not FNM. Now we can just say that there’s no more faith in Faith No More 😂 you can be talented and trained all you want. Being authentic originators who know how to continually evolve and bleed nonstop passion for their craft to this day is what makes RHCP galaxies beyond FNM. And Kiedis may not be as trained and talented at singing, but he has EVERYTHING else that Patton doesn’t, which is genuine authenticity, soulfully natural energy, original/unique/WAY better Lyrical skills with WAY better rapping skills, better crowd engagement/stage performance skills, NOT being corny, and the organic ability to deliver a raw and funkadelic sound/style that no one can do better. Why am i always a centrist on these kinda debate's lol?! So i love faith no more mostly because of Mike Patton but i love red hot chili peppers mostly because of the rest of the band. This allows me to like both bands without feeling like a hypocrite:)

I disagree that FNM is the best band in the universe as In Flames holds that spot, but RHCP is most definitely the worst band ever to exist.

As a huge RHCP and FNM fan, I feel like a herectic hahaha being seriously now, RHCP was the band that put me into rock, made me learn English and shaped a part of my personality, they have many great and different álbuns through their carrier, just like FNM. Gotta say FNM had much more fame in 90's and RHCP "aged" well and better through the years, this because FNM became different in the mid of 90's, doing songs more to themselves than to the public. The Real Thing is a perfect album, all the tracks are perfect, even the b-sides, but the way were changing on next albuns exploring jazz and other styles is something magical. I could talk and compare more and more, but I'll finish staying they really were similar on beginning but they became completely different bands with precious music left... And yes, in terms of voice, Mike is definitely better hahah
