These are things I am thinking about.

Hey, nice job! I just wanted to point out we are all (every industry) in the grips of a 30% or more inflationary hike. The way to combat or counterbalance this downward pressure is with greater productivity. So the ai component can assist us all…so embracing this new technology can be a big help just to us normal people…let’s fight and win!

Market data of chatgpt is not updated, up to 2021. Better be updated with real estate market trends. Best chatgpt purpose is for descriptive purposes and other repetitive small tasks

What about Google sensing it is written with AI and labels it at spam and doesn't optimize your website based on that?

This is my fear everyone using chat GPT like that first email you put out was pure spam and not market relevant to right now. It’s just going to be a few more months till everybody’s throwing up all over peoples inboxes with chat GPT bs.
