Thank you for these tips!! I have always had fine and thin hair (the see through kind you mentioned 😂) and then after I had my kids it only got worse. I’m a tired af overworked 31 year old mom who found an adorable hairstyle and color and waited for MONTHS to finally make an appointment and splurge on myself (I had not been to a salon since 2019 iykyk) and the way I DIED in the chair when this stylist asked if I had Alopecia and recommended Rogaine. Is my hair color cute now?? Of course. Am I too traumatized to ever go to a salon ever again to get it touched back up? Absolutely 😂 wig it is

The shampoo and conditioner struggle is real with fine hair, especially when you have very short hair and have tremendous bedhead every morning and need to wash your hair daily. Best hack I’ve found is to mix 2/3 conditioner and 1/3 shampoo in my hand and shampoo with that. It cleans the hair while not stripping it.

New sub here i used to have very thick hair and then I started with perimenopause and it started falling out then now I have full blown menopause and my hair is so thin but it's too my butt but I don't want short hair ill cut it. Above my waist but that's the shortest im willing to go but I do need long layers and I was thinking of getting bangs which I haven't had in over 30 years and I need to dye my hair because my gray hair is showing badly and making me look older but I can't afford to go to the salon because they charge me 150 because of my length but I don't see how they can charge me that much yes my hair is long but they don't have to do all the work they had to when it was super thick i am trying to find videos to show me how to cut my hair in long layers too where I can see the back and i have wavy hair and then I'm looking for a video to show me how to dye my hair with 2 colors the main color and then the highlights i just found you and subscribed asap so im going to go look through your videos and see if you have anything that can help me and I have never worried what others think of me but it's really getting to me so I'm doing this for myself i need it done i suffer with serve depression and it's getting to me badly thank you so much for all the great tips ❤❤❤❤

Is getting finer and thinner, i very rarely blow dry went to salon today my hair is just below my shoulders however ive come way today with my hair being alot finner and thinner its shiny and soft but definitely more flat any tips? Great tips. Low dose oral Minoxidil works for me. I have suffered from thinning hair for over 20 years and topical Minoxidil never worked. But omg the pills do make a difference.
