You guys are soooo off base on PFL, I have no idea why you think this but people have been super hyped on this PFL card. All I've seen is nothing but people saying positive things and they're all about them going after the UFC. So they're promotion for this card has been working incredibly well

Seems simple enough. UFC ranks their entire roster, not just the top 15. You start at the bottom when you enter the promotion. You have to win to move up the mountain and if you lose you fall down. It's objective.
