Besides taking certain supplements with certain foods to aid in their absorption has your functional practitioner recommended spacing out your supplements throughout the day or taking them at certain times of the day to maximize absorption?

I have been a subscriber for some time and your supplement suggestions have really been helping me over the years, in moderation of course! Thank you for this video. You are correct, a large percentage of our food supply in the US is not at 100% due to the GMOs.❤so we therefore need to help our nutrition along.

Agree with you on the single supplements. I prefer to only be taking one thing not extra junk they throw in there. My vitamin D was chronically low until I had a Dr tell me K2 helps absorb the K2 and my levels have been great ever since! Two my Dr recommend Davinci Labs & Apex brands.

Hi Tracy, I’ve been a follower for a while, you are so inspirational. Do you happen to have a video of behind the scenes with your at home business ? I would like to start my own intimacy coaching business. I have a bsw in social work but I want to eventually work for myself. Things the video might include that could help: what licensure is required, where you got your certificates, how you schedule and plan meetings with clients, you’re own desk/tools you use to keep things organized?

I second the labs.
I’m in my mid40’s. Functional doc allowed me to test my self for anything. I was negative for lots of stuff we thought would be positive..... only tested positive for one thing.... my labs revealed I have stage 4 Lyme! They said my blood showed I’ve had it for 20-30 years.
Still processing cause no one knows why I’m as healthy and functional as I am given my blood work.
Conventional doc never would check for it. I’d been trying to get them to test me since 1996 due to a lot of wilderness time as a kid.
