My cat loved this video!
ОтветитьGreat advice! Greatly appreciate y’all taking the time to do videos like this!
ОтветитьGreat video i just dont understand why spud bars are never mentioned in ice safety. Float suits, picks, rope, and a buddy are great in all but a spud bar will keep you from falling through in the first place!
Ответитьgreat video and I can't wait to hit the ice!! tight lines
ОтветитьSave your dead minnows, cut the heads off and put them in the freezer. You'll never be without bait, even if the bait shop is closed.
ОтветитьF u guys. Have a good time.
Ответитьcatching up blessing Nick
ОтветитьGood pour sir!
ОтветитьSucks my local tackle shops carry maybe a tenth of the products shown 🤦♂️
ОтветитьInteresting video and presentation--keeps you watching I suppose....but if you're here for "spoon fishing strategies" like I was, you can stop watching at the half way point.
ОтветитьMade it 8 minutes in before lure shopping!
ОтветитьOIT
ОтветитьAll advertising who's gonna buy all these shits . I do fishing but I dont spend my money for expensive bait or another shits . Sorry guys
Spend less catch tons
Can you hook a fellow ice-fishing addict up with a Micro Revolution 5.0 Pro?! I need to upgrade from this big heavy old aqua vu!
ОтветитьNever seen specific minnow head treble hooks. I've been moding my own treble hooks tho on my spoons and they're the exact same and probably cheaper by taking the treble off my spoons or whatever lure and attaching a mustad fastach clip to the ring then my treble hook onto the fastach. They're the exact same snaps as on the minnow head trebles
ОтветитьTruly one of the best ice fishing presentations I have ever watched! It has now got me so pumped for Winter! I sent a link to my brother back in the UK and told him to try these same techniques vertical jigging on the Norfolk Broads ( no not women but a system of connected lakes and rivers in my native Norfolk, UK!
ОтветитьIf you buy that Frabill bait station buy extra aerators. I was on my fourth replacement in a hurry. Buy some other aerators and use two because the one that come with it is the worst.
ОтветитьGreat stuff.
Ответитьdo you guys tie your mainline straight to the spoons? or snap swivel?
ОтветитьGot into spoons last winter for walleyes and fell in love!
Ответитьtie on willow blades and other type spinner blade like 5+ on a line no hook just the blades ,shake shake shake then fish, tie on a spoon
ОтветитьYou should really turn down the background music in your videos it makes it harder to hear you clearly with it this high Thanks
ОтветитьWhat about plastic spoons that are light and have a slower drop rate ? They flutter more.
ОтветитьHow do you not talk about swedish pimples
ОтветитьBladed and feather treble hybrids?
ОтветитьGreat video.
ОтветитьSo just do whatever! Cause a fish is going to bite if it wants to bite!
ОтветитьNever Ice fished, put me in for the give away,OK!
ОтветитьThem eye spoons are smokin hot here in Northern Michigan. Was at Gogebic hammering perch with a pink one.
ОтветитьAnyone actually catch fish with leech spoons?
ОтветитьAbout your recipe for smoked fish i have been smoking fish for over 50 years your recipe will pass of alot of people that will try it and have fish way to salty to eat it. The biggest mistake is not rinsing the fish after soaking in a brine I soak my fish for a 30 minutes in cold water. This gets the excess salt out of the thinner parts. The salt will equalize back into these areas when smoking you should let fish dry off before cooking
My recipe is 1gallon water 1 an 1/4 cups canning salt an 1 cup brown sugar dissolved in a cup of hot water stir till all salt is dissolved add fish keep cold. Remember the soaking time and rinsing time is critical for split fish 14 to 16 hours whole fish 20 to 24 hour an than half hour cold water rinse drain an air dry then smoke. Also keep in mind lean fish will absorb the salt faster than salmon or whitefish even some trout will soak up more salt than salmon
Keep track of what you do and adjust accordingly next time you smoke fish
I’m a first timer learning great technique watching this presentation very nice✌🏿
ОтветитьCan you see the screens on the Marcum cameras out side very well. That guy looked real uncomfortable looking at it. I know my Eyoyo camera screen can’t be seen in brighter light.
ОтветитьA ton of info here.
ОтветитьSign me up for the contest. There’s only a fleet farm link here.
ОтветитьTanks brah. That was good stuff n no ice in Michigan
ОтветитьAbsolutely OUTSTANDING informational & tutorial video. Thanks Nick. (... It's12/23/21... Waiting on Hardwater in NE Ohio).
Ответитьswedish pimples loaded with spikes with the right rip and fall, rip and fall rip and fall many fish hit on the end of fall before u rip back up. but the fall has to be just right where it kinda shimmy down. I know crappie like it, bass, blue gill perch I haven't had much experience with walleye yet with it I know it will work. easy pop holes everywhere let area get quiet and keep hole hopping
ОтветитьI need to be earning 6 figures a year or have a mess of sponsors just to acquire half of the products that are a must have for ice fishing. But none the less, it's an informative video.
ОтветитьIs a 1/16 buckshot spoon to heavy for an ultra light rod?
ОтветитьNick you are a beast! Thanks for this awesome video from Southwestern Qc!
ОтветитьI have the frabill bait bucket, the bubbler is absolutely garbage
ОтветитьPK spoons !
ОтветитьWhatever dudes. This ain't freakin brain surgery. Tip: JUST FISH! You'll figure it out.
ОтветитьAwesome video
ОтветитьNice one thx !
ОтветитьThis doesn't work I will not take a tip from you guys again. If it does you guys are legends
ОтветитьIt’s hard to watch this because I came from Texas to Mille Lacs just for a few days this winter, and I scheduled with Brad Hawthorne, but he ghosted me the day before we were scheduled to go out. I scheduled it a month before and confirmed it by text a week before, since he seemed a bit out of it. Then, he just dropped me the day before.
