Out of five things this video recommends only one, the SARDINES, is healthy to eat and will help restore bone health. Osteoporosis is not the result of a calcium deficiency, and hardly anyone is calcium deficient. And "leafy greens"? LOL LOL. Tragic advice actually, as more and more people, especially women, are having their health totally wrecked by the high amounts of oxalates in leafy greens.

ОтветитьAnother very important food to add to this list is tofu combined with a kiwi. I didn’t hear them mention amount of prunes, it’s 6 a day. Eat well, exercise and stay strong!

Ответитьlow fat dairy is unhealthy , high fat is the way to go, plus theres no mention of the minerals that bones need to rebuild , not only that, we cant rely on foods for minerals which they are almost void of these days and people must turn to supplements for this... collagen and gelatin from chicken bones are huge weapons against bone loss ,as well as the foods to avoid and diets to practice

ОтветитьI was told by a doctor in an Osteoporosis and Fracture Clinic that Leafy greens and Beans are both BAD because leafy greens leech the calcium from the bones and beans stop absorption of calcium when digested.
