Honestly not sure what I am doing wrong but mines definitely does not have a desert taste and only managed a little bit before having to put the rest in the bin :(

I used the exact recipe but swapped out chocolate for vanilla casein and used PBfit rather than PB2 but end product was awful? Maybe just not to my taste or am I missing something?

For me it's super bitter and uneatable. I'm not a picky eater and I understand there will be lack of sugar hence why adding something like bananas but man it's just super bitter... Am I doing something wrong?

I don't about others, but there's not a single food I could eat for 2 years in a row. Even my favorite food if I ate them too much I would start to hate them. It is better to have planned out at least different flavors or different meals altogether so you only eat this 2-3 times per week.

I learned long time ago to soak them overnight and then discard the liquid if you eat oats every day because there's some antinutrient that gets released and it's not a problem in general but if you eat oats regularly it's better to do that. I soak with salt and cinnamon, cook with water and a spoon of peanut butter and then a banana (or apple) on top. It's done in 1-2min and it's great to have as a first meal on an empty stomach. Oats can be a bit meh at first, but once you get used them you can't start a day without them!

Most valuable lesson I learned here is the incredible difference in liquid absorbance between whey and casein. Really cool experiment!!

I like using ½ whey ½ casein for the protein powder, allows for more moisture.

Oats contain high amounts of pesticides like glyphosate, which is linked to cancer. It also depletes your body from essential vitamins and minerals. Is it really good for you? ☠

You do have good ideas, might taste good, but combinations of fruits and other stuff not cooked or baked are deadly, especially fruit and nuts can make real trouble in your intestines by the time. So you cant only count amount of fats, carbs, protein etc., but you need to consider the digestibility.
