John M. N. I discovered you through a friend who heard you on The Current. I bought your album Waiting and Waiting and have told everyone I know about it, and others, who I may have overstepped my social norm boundaries in doing so. The point is, I have been telling everyone. John, you and your folks are doing good things. We all want you to keep it up, because we cant get enough of it.
ОтветитьThanks Peter! As long as you are overstepping social bounds, tell people about our new album too! Go to Kickstarter and search for John Mark Nelson! We are half way to raising our budget!
ОтветитьAbsolutely fantastic!

ОтветитьNow I must go to a place I do not know
Where the moon has lost its glow and the stars don’t shine no more
Safe from the cold, it’s the place where I’ll grow old
but I’m alone inside this hopeless misery
I’m alone until you set this spirit
Free, like the wind above the trees
And the waves that crash in the sea
I’ll return one day
With the light upon my face
And the moon and stars will all sing to me
You led me here as you kept my body near
And I followed you for fear that you’d vanish right before my very eyes
Silence and cold, and despite what I was told
I’m alone inside this hopeless misery
I’m alone until you set this spirit
Free, like the wind above the trees
And the waves that crash in the sea
I’ll return one day
With the light upon my face
And the moon and stars will all sing to me

ОтветитьHey John, I don't know if you'll see this, but I found this song when I was a kid. Whenever I hear it, it nearly brings me to tears. It's got me through breakups, the deaths of loved ones, and so much more. Today, it's helping me move on after an old friend left me in the dust, thank you for this song, I can sing it by heart.
Ответитьproud of my spotify feed, when I was a kid I thought I was gonna become a metalhead but here I am!
