Slightly off topic when I worked at an Adventist Hospital for close to 7 years my co workers (all non practicing Roman Catholics) basically told me I could never work on Sundays because I choose not to work on the Sabbath 😊, many of the Catholics loved to work on Sundays because of the higher wages some of them Only worked on that day, I worked 1 sunday in the whole time I worked there and realised my co workers then did absolutely nothing that day and got paid very handsomely for it....😮

I'm 60 years old. I've lived in California my whole life. Most every business was closed on Sundays in the 60, 70, and 80. Most big grocery store chains opened up 4 hours later and closed 6 hours earlier on Sunday than the other 6 days of the week. If I worked Sundays, I got paid overtime. In the 90's thing slowly changed to where we are today. Of course, this was voluntary, not a government enforced law. I'm just stating the facts for California 😎👍

I think that’s what all SDA should do, letting these men and women know they are against Gods will. MANY (if not most) Christians DON'T want additional laws that mandates resting from commerce on the weekends. In large part, we ALREADY have most of the weekend off from most commerce. Studies have found that having the weekend off from work doesn't translate into more people attending church or being more moral in some way.

This canned response is fine, but it could be made much shorter and to the point. A concise letter should simply state:

Dear Sirs,

We are greatly afraid that this bill, which suggests an increase in wages for those who work on either Saturday or Sunday to time and a half, will eventually morph into a law that demands the death of everyone who doesn't "worship" the God of the Christians on the first day of the week.
Please, leave well enough alone.

Genesis 2:1-3 GOD gave all mankind (HIS) Sabbath before SIN entered the world, GOD blessed & sanctified the 7th day as his sabbath, it’s the 4th commandment of his 10, it is the only commandment that said REMEMBER it from creation, it is the only commandment that identifies who the LORD is, that he is GOD and he CREATED the heavens and the earth the sea and all that is in them, it identifies that the heavens and earth is his DOMINION, SATAN hates this one commandment above all other commandments and it is the only commandment that most Christian’s today say that it no longer has any relevance,because most Christian’s keep what they call the lords day the 1st day of the week for which there is no inspired word from GOD in scripture for a change from the day that GOD blessed and sanctified the 7th day of the week,GOD in his wisdom used the word REMEMBER because he knew that SATAN would deceive man into leading them to just break one of GODS commandments so that they would be guilty of all James 2:10, also Matthew 5:17-18 said that heaven and earth ( will ) past away first before one jot or tittle shall in no wise pass till all be fulfilled, this can only be when the LORD CHRIST JESUS returns at his second coming, Isaiah 66: 22-24 also tells us that this same blessed and sanctified Sabbath from creation will be kepted in the new heavens and earth and we will come before the LORD to worship him.
The only record of a change of the true 7th day sabbath to the first day of the week Sunday is from the Church of Rome at the council of Trent where they proclaim that they have the authority to change GODS laws for which almost all Protestants have followed there man made tradition, Matthew 15:9 But in vain do they worship me teaching for doctrine the commandments of men

I'm confused, the leader of PROJECT 2025, Came out and said Trump was lying when he said he knew nothing about it. Congress had public meetings with leaders of Project 2025 and exposed TRUMP is named in the project over 300 times. SDA knew this, knew the Sunday law movement was written into project 2025 ( which EG White clearly states NOT to co-sign with anything with that movement ). Yet refused to listen to the prophet, ignored all the information, denied what was right in front of them and CO ,- SIGNED to place people in power who Wrote, Pushed and clearly state in Project intend to Force Sunday observance. And NOW, Looking for ways to stop it. I'm Confused ??? Isn't this what they voted for?. Or Are they going to pretend they didn't? I'm confused. Let's all send messages to the legislators on this committee and call our pastors, our church members, our unions - let's educate, activate, and advocate to maintain our religious freedom! We were born for such a time as this! In the process, it should help wake up the church and lead others into a knowledge of the three angels messages. Really informative video! Initially I had the mindset of “ if this is biblical prophecy there nothing I can do to stop it” but the idea of working to extend the time the message of the good news can be shared is a crucial matter. I liked the theological/ historical backing in the letter but if we could share the simple gospel in it to I think that would be amazing.

Dear Pr James, just a heads up.... in your recent videos, your own audio is most times much softer than that of your guests' audio. At first I thought it's only when watching live, but it's even when watching after the fact. It makes listening difficult. Because you're hardly audible when it's the right volume for the guests.

Unfortunately, when this kind of topic is discussed at a SDA church that I attend many people say that is scary and they don’t want to hear about it. Many SDA‘s want to keep their head in the sand and they do not want to talk about any issues that are going on. I just keep hearing that it’s scary. It’s so sad!
