El KRONOS me encanta. El loco que hace el demo es muy malo.

the intro at nothin compares is identical with intro from a different corner George Michael!!  Did you notice?

"Thriller" sounds like a SQUEEZEBOX! And the 'Elec. Pianos' sound zilch like a RHODES!

Can't even get the beautiful 'DX7' synth-bass sound anywhere close to - as on - "Take My Breath Away"!

Great demo....loved it ! Just struggled listening to Logical song an octave lower....lol

it's a well presented demo, bur I don't get why people rehash all the old music and same sounds we've heard, it's certainly great, but Kronos is a giant synth capable of far more than sounds we've heard before. However, if you want these vintage sounds, Kronos has no iimitations and can deliver quite well. I always dreamed of having a VOX Continental organ, and just bought this sound set, you'd think I had the organ in my living room, sounded so real, actually better as the Kronos can stack sounds and add so many great efx, what a synth, nothing can touch it, not even close! Nice demo!

Iistening a 2nd time, I must say I'm impressed! When you think about it, to get this large variety of synth sounds on just one keyboard is really an astonishing act! Think about it. Great as the mini moog or DX7 or OBX, or Hammond, could any of them emulate such a huge diversity of sounds so well? Not even close, yet we're hearing it right before our eyes. And it's gorgeous, i bought my Kronos 2 years ago, and have barely scratched the surface what it can do or sound like, i doubt I'll ever sell it to trade, what can possibly be better? Nothing!

Good luck finding a repair center if it ever breaks on you. The link on Korg's site has not worked in probably a year.

Sounds very bad ....not a great keyboard..or not a great demo

I really need to spend $4000 for a slightly better set of piano sounds than I already have in three keyboards and boxes of sampled sounds I haven't even played yet!

I liked the hammer action on the Fantom G8 much better than the Kronos 2 88!

This is how I like muy demos. Pure sound and no englishman talking about the specifications.

This demo gives you an idea of how the built in sounds for pop songs of the 80's sound, but there are two issues, one, you are probably listening through your phone or a laptop, so it isn't going to sound as rich as the Kronos does with nice amps and speakers, and two, the selected songs come from the perspective of imitation, you can tweak these sounds to death, each sound has around 40-60 tabs with multiple adjustments on each page. From there you can add layering, overlapping layers, splits, processing, effects, drum patterns and arpeggiations. From there you can move on to 2000 or so other sounds that come as presets. This demo is fun, but there is way more the Kronos can do.

These sounds are available in VST instruments. So why pay money for these toys?

What you have here is 9 synths a vocoder a sequence an advanced arpeggio tool and a sea of infinite drum sounds, I think he did a good job here and its literally all down to the musicians to exploit their own creativity........

The drum tracks are pre programmed to match the sounds of the famous songs included.

It's nice, but sounds like a general midi demo. "Not your playing, but the sounds themselves."

I've been looking into this keyboard a lot lately. As much as I've read and heard about this keyboard, the video made me realize that unless you are going to be in an 80's cover band this keyboard is very dated despite it being the king of workstations. I'll take a hard pass on this one.
