Tesla FSD Beta executes flawless left turn

It's flawless because the light was green and nobody tried to cut it off. What happens when there's an obstruction or said idiot that doesn't know how to drive. Those are the things that cause crashes. I'm sure that a Tesla could operate if everything was perfect. But could it do it if the human factor was in the equation?
