I saw the video of when you took your first humira shot. I have the same exact shot to take aswell and I know it’s not fun at all. I would recommend the manual ones because when I had the epi pens, one of them got jammed and tore a vain. Now I’m still in process of recovering but I try to recommend manual injections to people because of that reason.
