Here’s the main plot for part 2-
The police cars find the thief with the help of the tracker. Then, the thief car hides themselves along with the box in a big truck. The truck carries the box to the destination. When the truck is carrying the box, the police cars chase the truck. During the chase, the police cars call the SWAT trucks to block the road and deploy spike strips. The truck loses control due to the spikes and crashes into a cement mixer truck (use the cement truck model that came in your very old videos, now remember). The truck carrying the thieves survives the crash and gets arrested along with the robber cars and the box is returned.
