He was asking me what I did at the age of 77. When I told him Wim Hof, he was curious as he had not heard about him. I told him he is the main person to change me. Breathing, cold shower, fasting. When your mind changes with breath work your whole outlook and approach for life changes for good. Salute to you my true hero.

ОтветитьDoes anyone else occasionally go into shock? Like when you break a bone? My temp drops I’m freezing and my teeth are chattering then I start shaking all over and can’t stop like it’s 10 degrees outside. It subsides and I feel great but haven’t come across this before.

now, i will just keep holding after the last timing is over. this video has hanged my relationship with my 3rd eye. thanks so much to Wim Hof and Medit-O-Rama, who ever you are.

ОтветитьJust managed to do the whole video with all the timings, wow absolutely amazing. Never thought I'd ever do 5 mins 5 months ago when I was struggling on 1.5 lol.
ОтветитьTo everyone out there that can hold it to 5 mins. Here's a good challenge, immediately after your 5 min hold, jump straight into doing push ups while still holding your breath. Wim Hof does this as well. So far my record is 8 min breath hold followed by 50 push ups (while holding my breath)

Domingo 4 y lunes 5 de junio, realicé una adecuación personal a este protocolo, comencé en la tercera ronda de inhalación/exhalación. Se me hizo más fácil llegar a la 7ª ronda y completar los 5 minutos. Porque hacer la 7 me cansaban más y me desconcentraba. 🧗

ОтветитьDefinitivamente ya puedo aguantar 4 minutos pero no le hagarro el ritmo todavía siempre cuento las respiraciones y cuando dice el 2 veces más, digo que paso me falta como 5! Y pierdo la cuenta lo que me gusta es que no tiene imágenes porque acostumbro a cerrar los ojos seguiré asta que le agarre bien el ritmo y me voy a tomar el tiempo para solo ver el video y contar las respiraciones
ОтветитьDefinitivamente esta mal, le puse atención sin hacer nada solo contar las respiraciones y no hace las 40 y confunde, que hice? Como ya sentía que tenia que aguantar mas tiempo ya tengo 1 año haciendo esto pero solo de 3 rondas bueno hice las 2 primeras respiraciones y le baje al volumen hice mi 40 y ya pero el problema es que tengo que estar contando yo eso no m gusta pero lo seguiré haciendo asta que encuentre un video que me convenza
