In the film "Black Rose," Russian Police Major Vladimir Kazatov is unexpectedly called upon to assist the LAPD in investigating a series of brutal murders of young women. The killer, nicknamed "Black Rose," leaves mysterious symbols at the crime scenes that hint at a connection to Russia. Known for his unconventional methods and tough tactics, Kazatov becomes a key figure in the team, attempting to understand the mind of the murderer and stop further crimes.

The investigation takes Kazatov into the dark side of Hollywood, where wealth and glamour intertwine with dirty secrets and corruption. He faces distrust from the local police, but his experience fighting crime on the streets of Moscow quickly earns him respect. As he delves deeper into the case, Kazatov realizes that the killer is operating according to a complex plan inspired by ancient Russian mythology.

With another body found, time is running out. Kazatov must not only stop the psychopath but also confront his own demons and personal losses that continue to haunt him. The climax leads to a tense showdown where the major’s actions will determine not only his career but the lives of innocent people.
