ОтветитьI don't drink alcohol, but my first tiramisu gave me my first and only buzz. Must have been the rum-soaked espresso liquid. lol I also never drank coffee, but the espresso and mochas are so good, once in a while I have an organic decaf. I make exceptions for tiramisu in both departments. Life is to enjoy!

Ответитьhello! thanks for this great recipe! but sorry I don't like raw eggs because, for me, they smell awful and seriously make me feel like I wanna throw up! can I beat egg yolks on a double boiler and cook the eggwhites like they do to make a swiss meringue? (they whisk them in a double boiler until cooked then take them off the heat and beat them until they turn into a meringue) would that work?

ОтветитьPlease I need help! I use eggs whites for my whipped cream. I was wondering if you could get me any tips when I do that. Also, does the marscapone cheese have to be room temperature? Do you recommend putting the egg yolk in a double boiler first and than than allowing it to cool? I just need the custard mixture to be the right consistency. Im not sure what I am doing wrong.

Ответитьusually when want to make tiramisu cake when mixing the york it mixing above the boiling water for at leas 10 minutes then the egg should be well cook not raw egg...😂😂

Ответитьguys raw egg shouldnt be a problem, put ina double boiler and whisk , once it gets really pale means it dont and taste not as raw, but u always can omit the egg , its up to ur taste
