Have you ever considered buying a couple of vending machines to put on the premises? You could sell some of that to the next guests. I'm not sure how that would work with the beer, but if a hotel can have a mini bar, it should be possible for an AirBnB. You should research that as you would probably need a liquor license of some kind.
