I was trying to program the flash from VITIS, didn't know that you have to come back to VIVADO and set the .elf file there. I tried as you said and now it works, thanks!
I am still incredulous that there isn't a more direct way. This part of generating the memory file with write_cfgmem, is really needed? isn't a more direct way to just program the flash? I think I did it before from VITIS with "Program Flash" command, but it was in a board with hard core processor, not with MicroBlaze. Is that a VITIS limitation for MicroBlaze processors?
