Been in touch with nature; $$$ money is not a problem for 2024 but Love your idea about the balance and assessing once's life....been just Grateful (Gratitude is the best Attitude and if you can't reach it just change your Latitude: Take a vacation or just go into Nature to be reboot yourself and be Humble for your money achievements).

Thank goodness you brought this up! Truly, investing has changed my perspective on how one can succeed in life; working multiple jobs isn't the optimal way to attain financial freedom and unfortunately, we discover this later in life. Currently earn as much as 10 grand weekly and this has improved my financial life. Great piece!

Excellent content. I do have to say I was upset you didn’t say lawn care. Easy startup. Honestly I had zero experience. I just practiced a few times and that was it. We are located on Long Island NY. We are a growing business with just me and my wife. I learned a lot just from this video. How you broke down everything. Can you breakdown lawn care. I want to scale up. Im at the right location but Im discouraged because Im probably the only African American solo operator doing this type of work. Any advice will be awesome.

No disrespect, but I think Ms. Leila forgot where she came from 'financially'! Who has $25k - $50k laying around to start a business??!! That's chump change to her right now but a significant amount to the average person. Hell the average American makes $61k (or less) per year. Clearly she's talking to top 10% of Americans that $100k+ a year.

I've tried to start 4 different businesses. I made a little bit of money on two of them, but not enough to live off of, so I dumped them. I lost money on the other two. Starting a business is easy. Making a start-up profitable and sustainable is extremely difficult.
