Judge dismissed the case because she's claiming that Jack Smith wasn't properly appointed. She didn't say he was innocent, it hard to refute the facts with pictures of the evidence at his home. But that's not what he's being charged with, this dumb ass refused to give them back, they gave him a year to return them. So tell me this if you had evidence of someone with your property and they refused to return it, what would you do after a year of asking for it back. Bummer is 30 days he is serving is effecting Sheri and his finances which will take him 6 - 8 months to recoup from....
