Happy days and good times! What an infectious ride that was! Would be interesting to know where that strech of road was with the 360° round view..., please?
ОтветитьGreat vid 👍 how about a speed triple rs with the semi active suspension from the rr and the new crossplane triple from the tiger 1200 (tuned up of course) ?
ОтветитьHei i have enjoyed a lot while watching your video on Triumph 765R and liked your video🎉
ОтветитьCouldn’t have the R knowing that there is an RS and cannot stand the speedo on the R.
ОтветитьI loved this video! 🌹🌹
ОтветитьMorning Kate….great video again . Love all your content. Your the best out of all the female Vlogers ….you have what i like !😂 have a great day.
ОтветитьIs the QS switched on? As, if it’s like my speedy, you can do so, in the menu!
ОтветитьDealers should have the sense to check and only loan out bikes that perform properly as intended to prospective buyers, and especially to known reviewers.
ОтветитьIMO the quickshifter/blipper problem is almost certainly confined to that bike as my dealership lent me an R while my RS was getting its first service and I found its shifter just as good as my RS.
ОтветитьMaybe not the right question, but was the KTM790 Quick shifter "fixed" compared to 890 you mentioned
Thanks
My quickshifter works fine Kate, love my R. Must be a fault on the press bike
ОтветитьAs much use as tits on a fish 😂😅 quality
ОтветитьI have the RS Moto 2 and I find it great for daily riding - I look at 100 bhp bikes like the Aprilia RS 660 and even that level of bhp is plenty for the road. At 118 bhp the R will get the job done. As for the quick shifter - probably needs a cleaning and perhaps a reconfig. Had similar issues and this resolved the problem.
ОтветитьIf you brought the r you be wishing for the Rs both good bikes but the r/s definitely worth the extra money!! I have a rude mind? When you saying you like the extra thrust and love the squirt lol 😂 sorry Kate I cannot help it lol 😂😂😂 good video 👍
ОтветитьYou can get a 2023 rs with less than a thousand miles for 10k now? The yellow colour still full price? Just seen a red one RS with 400 miles for 9700?
ОтветитьHi Kate enjoyed the review, I deffo think it was a faulty quick shifter, and you said about the 10bhp difference between the RS and R, I believe it's only down to different mapping on the EFI system, so if you wanted the same power on the more road focused R that would be relatively cheap mapping to sort out, but if you like the bling RS all the way.
ОтветитьYou’re in a place called ball cock? Hahaha
Ответить👍🤪🏳️🌈
ОтветитьAlso possible that the QS was not enabled in the settings. Someone may have inadvertently shut it off.
ОтветитьNice bike Kate, look forward to the next videos of this one. I love the sound of classics such as the Bonneville range, but the howl of the Street Triple is intoxicating.
ОтветитьToo bad you can’t get cruise control on the R!
ОтветитьThat quick shifter unfortunately might be a bit of a triumph thing. I used a hire bike a few years back that had a 765 RS converted to a track bike and was always having issues with the quick shifter not wanting to shift. I now wife a BMW and NEVER have an issue
ОтветитьI have a 22 900 Tiger and the quick shifter is absolute butter! I have to think there’s an electronic glitch going on there. I hope so, at least!
ОтветитьKate, when i test rode the R the other week, the QS was flawless, however when i rode the RS after, that was no way near as good and the blipper was useless.
However now i have taken delivery of my own RS (Yellow thanks to you) i can confirm the QS is sublime and the blipper works ok.
I do believe they learn though or adapt as they get used.
I think your review is good but you did keep comparing it to the RS and it’s a different bike for a different market. The quick shifter on my R has never given me trouble so I think it’s just that particular bike where you were having issues unfortunately. Also I find the quick shifter works much better when you’re giving it some and not riding at 50mph in gear 4 or 5 which you were doing for majority of the video. It’s meant to be ridden at the higher Rev range this bike and that’s where you’ll have the most fun :)
ОтветитьOk 👏🎉 Kate 😊
ОтветитьRiding some of my Favourite Raods There Kate Great Vid on the Triumph R like you say I, think the RS, just as that but more But keep up the amazing work your Doing Ride safe
ОтветитьRIP that fly on the go pro
ОтветитьThink you had a one off as my bike has been faultless up and down the box.
ОтветитьHilarious 😂😂😂
👏
Like the look of them never had a triumph might have to make some room in me garage for one
ОтветитьYou'll always be the triumph queen
ОтветитьI love how the triple engine whistles ❤👍🏻.... Bought the new Street Triple R a few weeks ago and it's just a great bike with a fantastic value for money 😊. I also rode the RS, but these two bikes are not far apart on public roads ☝🏻. The QS on my Triumph Street Triple R is working absolutely great, best so far...
ОтветитьI would love this bike but worried about reliability concerned coming from jap bikes I’ve heard these have a lot of issues, and doing my own servicing I won’t have any warranty to fall back on
ОтветитьEnjoyed that review Kate, what part of england do you come from? Love your accent 😍
ОтветитьI decided straight away that id go for the RS o also think its worth the extra. Especially the colours.
.
Duke 890 are more nimble, but Street triple R are more racey and fun✊🔥
ОтветитьYou are only going to notice that 10hp difference when you are riding at the top last 1500rpm. No way to feel the difference at anything below 9thousand revs
ОтветитьYour reviews are best at 1:75 playback speed 👍🏾
ОтветитьI test rode both the r and the RS and went for the R. If I was into track days then I would have gone for the RS.
ОтветитьIm subscribing after that "like a tits on a fish"😂😂😂 thats soo funny 😂😂😂 and the bug kamekaze on the other camera view😂😂😂 what a funny sabotaj
ОтветитьWhat a lovely machine...the Tripple is quite nice too
ОтветитьThe extra 10 HP comes over 11500 RPM Kate.
Up to the point in the video you said you miss it, you had not gone anywhere near that RPM. You werent missing the HP, you could not possibly have felt it. This is self confirmation bias, you know the HP numbers of the bike and you convinced yourself you could feel it when in fact you absolutely did not. I appreciate your female perspective on feelings however, try not to speak garbage.
I had the up only quick shifter on the 675r Daytona and it worked great, I have the 2024 ktm390 duke quickshifter and it is flawless. Yeah I don’t like hearing these bikes being glitch like that.
ОтветитьThe quick shifter should be identical, must be badly set up. I had a 2020 R and the quick shifter needed a lot more push than my GSX 8S.
ОтветитьWhat boggles my mind is Triumph and other influencers will boast that the R is the better road bike, yet why the hell doesnt Triumph allow cruise control on the R? They allow you to add it on to the more track focused RS bike. Makes NO sense to me!
