Send Filipino farmers, catchers, and hunters to catch these wild boars naturally by way of the traps, not by way of chemicals and poisons.

Wild boars can carry diseases like hepatitis E and the swine influenza virus.
If the boar meat isn’t thoroughly butchered and cooked, these diseases can be transmitted to humans

Ecological balance! Efforts to control wild boar populations contribute to preserving native habitats and biodiversity in Canada's diverse ecosystems.

Why are they allowed to get so out of control before farmers kill them? They have too many babies. Can something be done to stop all the babies from growing up? The Farmers are doing a great job but something needs to be done about all the babies. There are too many of them born at one time which makes the population continue to grow out of control.

Is this a closed area in which hogs trapped elsewhere are introduced for hunting business? I doubt feral hogs in America will keep coming to an area frequented by paying hunters.

Once again, some misguided and probably greedy capitalist imported a foreign species for profit. This ia the same with walking catfish and the giant snakes decimating the Florida Everglades. And It Will Continue. We are driven by greed.

I see a lot of meat on the hoof. Farmers should charge maybe a small percentage of the meat or a fee to let hunters set up all around their crop land. Seems like this is a problem involving a lot of ham and bacon as the solution.

Turn it into a new market for farmers. A pig-farming sideline.

I wonder how many herbivore species they threaten, through competition. They do seem like they're harder for bears, wolves and cats to kill than deer, moose or elk.

I know pigs can be very helpful for rapid restoration of lands, when you put them on the right ground, and keep them moving at a decent rate. They can be part of restorative agriculture, if they're properly controlled.

Why didn't Canada see the Boar problem in Australia ?
You set these creatures free in the 90's ??????????
Australia was well and truly suffering the pig plague well before the 90's.
You should hold someone accountable for such a destructive decision to the country, It was no secret here in Australia the damage they were doing so you should find the mental giant that did this and string him up. We also have cane toads, rabbits and perch all introduced vermin destroying the economy and environment the same guy may want to screw Canada up with as well. Only 6 rabbits were introduced here and I think about a dozen cane toads.

Interesting fact about Canada is Canadians are not permitted to provide protection for themselves while walking taking trips into the forest where bears are roaming freely. Interesting isn't it the love hate relationship between Canadian government authorities and the population of Canada. The value of a Canadian citizens life is not worthy of protection according to the Government of Canada.

There are different fox species in Canada. The Swift fox is a protected species that was near extinction in the southern grasslands of the prairie provinces back in the 70's. There has been a concerted effort to repopulate them ever since and they are just now becoming self-sustaining and growing in population as desired. Red fox are not protected. Again, when AI is used to talk about a subject that the video creator has no knowledge in, fact-checking and editing your AI results is necessary. Otherwise, it's just damaging misinformation. Very disappointed and this is only my first visit to this channel. Will not be revisiting because there is no point in learning information that is not correct. It's a waste of time. I can waste my time in a lot of better ways.
