Which 3 were your favorites?
ОтветитьThank you for this message on Charisma.
I like No. 3. Which is what I use many times when I'm leading a meeting or a group for discussion or solving an existing problem.
However, I find it works differently in different parts of the world. In western countries, I have no problem. People will listen and then forward their questions. They will acknowledge what I've just spoken. And clarify, if they didn't understand, or if they believed in a different set of facts.
In Asia, especially South East Asia, people in the group will choose not to listen, and maybe show their impatience (especially older staff) or will try to disagree, for the sake of disagreeing.
Thats why I like selling & presenting to 'Ang Mohs'...(ahem!). I meant, to people in 1st world countries.
Once again, thank you for sharing, Tina.
I like the asking questions one, when we don't have clarity or others might not have clarity. It's better to actually know rather than pretend to know just so we don't look bad
