ОтветитьI make this lots. I like using the super skinner Chinese green beans, or haricot verts. Yellow onion works as well as white onion. I use red chilli flakes instead of paste, and I don’t do the cornstarch.

Spent a lot of time in Taiwan and China. The food there is amazing. Always try to cook it here. My problem is I give it the American touch....which means I overdo it...cooking quantity, ingredients....everything.

ОтветитьThe beans look delicious and I'm going to try to make them. I think I made out the correct method from watching, but I searched the page for an ingredients and amounts list, couldn't find one, so I'm going by what I estimated from the video. Please add such a list to future videos.

ОтветитьI used to eat at a Chinese Buffet and they had the best green beans, so I asked them what was a certain ingredient, but they said it was a preserved vegetable but they didn't know the American name for it. I said well what's the Chinese name, but they just said "preserved vegetable". Does ANYONE know what it might have been?? It was diced very small like the ginger & garlic. It looked kinda grayish, when it was served. ANYONE?

I don't want to eat out. i make my Asian,food,Chinese food,Jamaican food, african food, spanish food, Haitians food.indian food. Learn to make different foods, i promise your family will love it, if you don't have a man, you will have one.
