It doesn't surprise me that you said the Packers don't spend much on their coaching staffs, which is kind of bizarre for a team that's supposed to be draft and develop. Maybe that's why none of them develop. Maybe a little more money on experienced proven position coaches would yield a higher percentage of drafted players who make it.

I would cut him. He's unstable physically and he quit on his team last year.
