I just saw Johnny Mathis sing this song last weekend at 88 yrs old.

SHOCKING how good this is. Always even better than how I remembered it. Am big fan of Laufey and thought she would be great to sing this and then saw that she has sung this and I had already seen it, but it had not nearly the impact of this version

I love this piece, all the musicians are incredible and the vocalist fits this song perfectly. As a long time listener and musician of jazz, I would recommend that at some points you reduce the instrumental flare, just to keep the arrangement from getting too busy and let the vocals shine. Wishing you guys the best, hoping to see plenty more great covers in the future!
