The problem I have with this video is that 'Tulare County Cop Watch' doesn't appear to have any real reason to be at these locations other than to wait to be challenged by Police officers. He isn't really there for any other legitimate purpose, so it's phony. He seems to do it to feel powerful. 'Hey look how I can challenge these Police officers and they can't do anything about it'. It’s disgusting how they go from the moment to get out of the vehicle or the moment they walk up onto a citizen they start spewing lies one after another after another. They start quoting bogus laws or they tell y’all do you have a bar Card are you a lawyer? You have to be a lawyer to know the laws yet they always tell us law-enforcement and judges will tell us ignorance of the laws no excuse, but it is for them. That’s how they can use the qualified immunity by claiming that they didn’t know exactly what law was or they misinterpreted the law. We don’t get that luxury they tell us the law is no excuse to commit a crime, and therefore we’re guilty. They believe that we have to know every law every state and federal law that pertains to whatever we’re doing and that’s not the fact nobody would not even judge doesn’t know all the laws they have to have their court clerks. Look up things when they go to court so they Word everything they say correctly because if they misinterpret the law or they misinterpret something they don’t know about then it’s grounds for an appeal. It can get a case thrown out, but we’re not we’re not allowed. We’re not allowed to or a city or a state law or federal law. We’re not allowed. We have to know everything. And then when we quote the laws, they want it verbatim but if we print it out, I’m trying to hand it to them. They won’t read it. They’ll say all you could’ve printed anything. That’s not. That’s not what the law says, they try to make your own interpretation of the laws and they misinterpret things and people because of their interpretation of a law. But this man, these these officers will continue to keep lying to you trying to get your ID trying to tell you that what you’re doing is illegal that is a safety issue that it’s can’t be done simply because somebody said you were suspicious to them is suspicious.
