That’s why Grace Community and John MacArthur are so much hated. He speaks boldly and hit on all those issues as they are in scripture. Preaching verse by verse leaves you no choices to teach on those issues.

Abortion is a horrible thing but it must remain legal for women who miscarry to be able to have the dead child extracted from their womb. I know, it is HORRIBLE! However, ABORTION is a medical and legal term for ending a pregnancy gone wrong. We never want to end a viable pregnancy. That is murder, not abortion. Abortion is horrible but it should NEVER be murder. There should always be a DIFFERENCE between abortion and murder. But the horrible practice of abortion must ALWAYS be a legal option between women and their doctors when a pregnancy ended in death.

Those are Fake Christians. Democrats do nothing but rob, kill, lie,and destroy. Just like Satan.

Hmm, never hard Matt say that open borders or abortion was a valid option. But, I have heard him say that “Jesus Christ himself said submit and follow the law of your land.” Votes count, policies count, because people count! Not everyone on this planet has the opportunity to vote for people and policies. So, instead of telling people what they NEEED to do(as if any ‘pastor’ has that authority), and EVERYONE needs to do this or that! Try feeding them to the only things humans really need …the HOLY BIBLE and the HOLY SPIRIT. Matt was called to do that, and he has done a great service for the Christ following community. And just think, perhaps God has used said folks to infiltrate the ‘left’ to pursue their hearts. So, instead of throwing high end jibber jabber theology doctrine talk at those people, how about some hard core prayer. Those people aren’t the fix, but neither is one human…ONLY CHRIST. God Bless!

We don't fully walk in the five fold... we misunderstand it...thinking "the Pastor" is "the teacher" ... this isn't the same, Pastor may have teaching moments, and teachers may prophesy, but they are not the same but equally required... and where are the true Apostles? or Prophets? being a "Preacher" is what everyone should be it means to proclaim... everyone who believes should proclaim.

I’m so surprised that many who say they are Christians today are so blind about God’s holy word! Sad!!

It disappoints me so hugely that those that call themselves Christians do not know the Word. Have differences in theory, yes, in dogma, sure, in how many angels can dance on the head of a pin, why not?, BUT know the Word. If you disagree on a Biblical principle, from a knowledgeable point, that is fine, but if you disagree on Biblical principle because someone else told you to disagree, you may very well be deceived.

My husband is a new pastor at a church with a decent amount of left-leaning folks. It's difficult to navigate how best to go about teaching... he wants to teach on so much but we're praying a lot for wisdom it the best way to go about teaching Scripture, right doctrine and right thinking. It's super frustrating at times, but we're also trying to be patient and take opportunities as they come.
