The thing that really fucks with me - as someone who loved the eBoys channel and then followed all the members - one of Alex's last videos before this all got released was about a teenager with cancer he had been talking to, basically announcing her death. He made friends with this poor child who died thinking he was some kind of hero.
I hate to even put this thought out into the universe: I really hope he didn't just use her to seem like a good person. But with all this to consider... I can't imagine he genuinely cared about her, either.
