Kingdra is gen 1
ОтветитьI’ll never forgive smeargle for what it did to darkrai… they massacred my boy…
ОтветитьA lot of early gen Pokemon are just SO BAD compared to later gens. More than half the Johto dex is almost criminally terrible.
ОтветитьWhat about the legendary beasts
ОтветитьNo mention of shuckle winning in 09 😢
ОтветитьLet’s not forget about the absolute machine that is Magcargo. It’s a machine that doesn’t work very well so I don’t know why I commented this
ОтветитьThe fact u didnt mention skarmory made me want to cry... my fav mon always forgotten😢
ОтветитьGen 2 Is a solid F tier in my eyes, mons like Azumarill and Scizor became good only when they were blessed with broken abilities.
Most mons either suck or are babies.
People saying how gen 4 and 5 is underrated
Gen 2: WHATDDYASAYY
My boy scizor not getting the resoect it deserves
ОтветитьWhat about feraligator sheer force dragon Dance life orb
ОтветитьI think the strongest gen has to be 5 and 9 i think
ОтветитьHonestly smeargle alone should have brought it to at least a B imo imo
ОтветитьBlissey after being the most annoying stall mon to ever exist.
Ответить* Anakin voice * You underestimate my sheer force/life orb Feraligatr's power!
ОтветитьIt doesnt help how a lot of the staple mons here didnt become staples til like, gen 5 with shit like hidden abilities
ОтветитьPlease god buff hitmontop
ОтветитьYpu have to look at gen 2 pokemon in gen 2 itself, where all gen 2 and gen 1 pokemon are pure garbage
Ответитьmans didnt even talk about suicune!!
ОтветитьMega scizor carries gen2
ОтветитьTtar being about 90% of that C grading
ОтветитьWhere is quagsire (that thing is tier inmune)
Quagsire have mid base stats but can be a monster with the right strat
and its defensive typing
Also can counter some of the new meta mons
Tera Ice with Avalanche for meowscarada
Water absorb for urshifu
Also tera ice can be used to predict freeze dry
Tera fire is a better defensive tera for quagsire but it doesnt have any fire type moves
Also it will be inmune to the new paradox raikou signature move
Ho-Oh and Lugia in Doubles: tiny birbs
Ho-Oh and Lugia in Singles: "I am your god!"
It's crazy that hooh isn't more useful given it's amazing stats, ability, and movepool, it just doesn't mesh well into many metas
ОтветитьGen 3 is going to be A tier: metagross, salamence, groudon, kyogre, latios, latias, deoxys and rayquaza have been major staples that have won 8/13 vgc worlds tournaments which is insane
ОтветитьNice vid! And What is the name of rhat dong in the background ?
ОтветитьI beg of you GF, give an evolution to Ariados and Ledian.
ОтветитьI was expecting gen 2 to be at the same levep as gen 1 or higher since they have more consistant usage
ОтветитьAs a gen 3 enjoyer I expect an S tier for ADV... no bias ofc.
(Gen 3 vgc, the first doubles tournaments, had metagross for example as a very strong explosion pokemon that was centralizing)
Pretty sure Scizor & Heracross (plus Skarmory despite Corviknight mostly outclassing it these days) would still hold up quite well despite initially lackluster movepools
ОтветитьI'm heart broken that you didn't mention Scizor and Heracross despite both seeing great competitive success
ОтветитьYou uh missed Suicune there bud. To this day one of the better support Pokémon with Tailwind to boost speed and Scald to spread burns. Not to mention Icy Wind access with superb bulk and Calm Mind to boost that bulk, Suicune is a seriously missed opportunity here
ОтветитьDidn't even mention Scizor blasphemy!!
ОтветитьWe NEED an ampharos buff. Please game freak
ОтветитьWasn't Crobat really popular at the tail end of Gen 7 VGC as a Tailwind setting, disrupter, support mon?
ОтветитьRIP Heracross, who’s only really all that good in singles
ОтветитьDude the bg beats are a lil too loud to focus on what you are saying, I hope the Gen 3 one is easier to understand.
ОтветитьSkarmory is good in singles
ОтветитьI am excited for when he gets to gen 5 and is questioning why GF ever thought that making the Genies, let alone having these be unrestricted and available in every subsequent gen, was a good idea
ОтветитьGen 7 has so few especially among the regular mons, but the ones that do show up (A-Ninetales, A-Muk kinda, A-Marowak kinda, the obvious one, Primarina, Tsareena, Mimikyu, Gen 7 Kommo-o, Tapus, Lunala, Nihilego, Buzzwole kinda, Celesteelia, Kartana, Necrozma-DM) mattered
ОтветитьAlso Entei and suicune as well have been good
ОтветитьGen 4 coming in with:
Infernape (kinda)
Pachirisu (one format being VGC 2014)
Gastrodon
Drifblim (but only with Tapu Lele)
Bronzong
Garchomp
Toxicroak (kinda, and even then only whenever Kyogre was allowed)
Abomasnow (kinda in Gen 4, 5, and 9)
Rhyperior (kinda)
Togekiss
Mamoswine
Rotom
Dialga
Palkia
Heatran
Regigigas (only with Neutralizing Gas Weezing)
Cresselia
This generation is sooo weird. It literarly has only 68 Pokémon if you exclude baby, legendary, mythical and pokémon that gets another evolution after this generation.
But 8 of those 68 Pokémon are noteworthy. 11 if you ad in Murkrow, Stantler and Porygon 2. Those 3 became great once they got acces to Eviolite.
So you have 11.5% succes rate pre evolutions included. And then it is a wapping 16% succes rate including eviolite users.
If you exclude pre evolutions then you get 25% succes rate including eviolite users and 18.5% succes rate excluding eviolite users. That 25% is way higher than probably any other region.
Noteworthy Pokémon being:
Scizzor
Typhlosion
Politoed
Tyranitar
Azumarill
Kingdra
Quagsire
Hitmontop
Murkrow
Porygon 2
Stantler
Considering things, this is the lowest ranked gen from now on due to the things future gens introduced
ОтветитьHonestly, I expected much worse than that ranking. But it does seem like the gen has held some pretty good weather and general support mons.
ОтветитьTo be honest if politoed, azu and ttar weren't bless by 3 of the best abilities in the game we were talking an F tier gen and the worst by far
ОтветитьFeraligatr Sheer force?!?!?!?!?
ОтветитьDelibird is the Pokémon of all time. It is the one and only Pokémon that has been in SSS+ Tier in every Generation.
Wait wrong Pokémon.
Take a shot every time he says "staple"
ОтветитьIm surprised entei wasn't mentioned
Ответить
