Planning & Zoning Commission 03-07-25 | O'Fallon, Missouri

The function and duty of the Planning and Zoning Commission is to make and adopt plans for the physical development of the municipality, including any area outside of its boundaries but within its statutory authority which, in the Commission's judgment, bear relation to the planning of the municipality, including site plans as provided in Article XIV of this Chapter. It consists of 13 members, including 11 citizen members, the Mayor, and a City Council representative.
