This is incredibly beautiful Hendril! Congratulations on the magnificent result. Science fiction is a bit less of an esthetic I tend to choose for myself (I am afraid of feeling too alone in space!! ) however I can still appreciate a masterpiece. Musically also really calming and cool.

When I saw Kamino on attack of the clones

I instantly fell in love with the ambience of the scenes

Specially from the buildings they have , looking out at the sea with the thunderstorms.

And how clean and peaceful the kaiminoians are.

It’s the perfect state of peace and balance , whoever made those kamino scenes in attack of the clones , is a utter genius and has captured the most relaxing sci fi scene ever made in my opinion.

I love the Kamino base, the rain and the comfortable living quarters. I can imagine I could have some great sleeps there. I was jealous of Jango and Boba when I saw Attack of the clones.

Idk why but Kamino always felt safe in my head ever since I saw it back in the early 2000s in live action as a kid in AOTC, it bummed me out when they went back and destroyed it in that episode of clone wars. Also even the og mission of BF2 going back to TC in Kamino and destroying the factory was lame

Whether you like the prequels or not is up to you, but you’re lying if you think they didn’t have some sort of imagination. Because they certainly did introduce some cool planets and aliens, as well as expanded the lore

The whole planet raining all of the time caused by critical climate change to the point where almost all of the continents and land is submerged (except some small islands which used to be mountain tops) is very clever!

Kamino was my favorite of all time but Empire destroyed it

out of all the planets this one was always most comforting, in the movies, games, lego games, cartoons, Tapicoa City, Kamino period best it gets

They could make a whole video game with Kamino being the main world and it would be fire BF3, half open world half FPS like BF2 but have a “Barracks” at Kamino to upgrade and chill with the rest of the clones or just explore the world, maybe defend attacks that come in every couple hours live in game.
