Great video .. ❤ well done
ОтветитьYou might want to do a video on Eric Li Shufu, the founder of Geely. He is an example of someone who created a startup company( automobile) that is one of the most successful in the world. I bought stock(= gambled) in his company in the 1990s when he switched from making refrigerators to making cars. Now his company , according to Wikipedia, is "now the second-largest private automobile manufacturer in China".
P. S. The dividends from Geely have already paid back several times over the cost of my investment. If you can't afford to lose it, you can't afford to buy it. The greater the risk, the greater the reward. If you can't afford to lose it, you can't afford to buy it. Or as I like to say," If you don't want to do the time, then don't do the crime".
its in the name, Neumann, check the ethnicity
ОтветитьHe is still wealthy becouse he is smart and he knows Peaple like anyone else's in his position would be.shut the fxck up about this Jew shit.
ОтветитьWhen you're a 'citizen' of an apartheid state who derives its benefits from illegal land grabs and American taxpayer financing -- and there are several institutions out there dedicated to siphoning and laundering the money you've taken back to your state -- you're not only well situated to start fraudulent enterprises based on lies, but you're also exercised in manipulating others into giving you what you want.
ОтветитьI’m a founder. Can confirm all of this. Even on myself
ОтветитьI needed to hear the end of that video. I manifest the success that my business will experience.
ОтветитьThe guy made another company that desing the offices and charge stupid amount of money to We group... and then rent anther company ...... this was a scam... a total scam... Who in the right mind give money to this asshole?... companies don't do research of the people before investing?.... they didn't get scare when they see the guy partying all the time?... you see pictures of Musk living in the office or Jeff Bezzos driving like an old Honda for 20 years while the company was starting...
ОтветитьWhy they even have a TV series on that clown. The funny part about is that that silly Son lost billions of dollars.
ОтветитьI thought capitalism was a meritocracy though! 😢
ОтветитьThat was exactly what I needed after randomly falling down the WW hole a few weeks ago when I watched the doc, not the Apple series. Reading all the background on Adam & Rebekah made me hurl chunks. I had a client at the original WW Soho building & remember how cult-y creepy it felt especially at the after work beer blasts. Anyway, it's an epic nauseating story that boggles the mind. Good luck in your ventures, man. You're a natural on-camera!
Ответитьbecause he's a jew who can talk and fools anyone, but the main reason prolly because his a jew
ОтветитьMethod acting his way to success…..bro taking shots at Drake
ОтветитьThE PROBLEM WITH YOU KIDS IS YOU THINK WINNING IS SUPPOSED TO BE PRETTY AND STRAIGHT FORWARD. IT NEVER IS. THE REASON WHY PEOPLE LIKE ADAM CAN DO THESE THINGS IS BECAUSE THEY ARE IMMUNE TO THE HESITATION THAT COMES WITH OVERTHINKING SUCCESS. AND ITS JUST THAT.... THEY CAN DO IT WHENEVER, BECAUSE THEY CAN! THEY DONT TRY TO JUSTIFY WEALTH BECAUSE THEY ARE WEALTHY. BUT MOST FOUNDERS ARE NOT SO THEY TRY TO JUSTIFY VALUE THROUGH INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY.. WHICH IS BEAUTIFUL. BUT IN A CORRUPT SYSTEM WITH NO OVERSIGHT... NOT NECESSARY... ABSOLUTELY NOT! YOU DONT NEED TO, YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO... ITS ALL MONEY... AS LONG AS YOU KEEP MAKING MONEY... YOURE GOOD!
Sorry Im yelling, Im all the way at the back of the class.
Great vid, thanks!
ОтветитьWelcome to Scampitalism!
ОтветитьAdam Neumann's con would not have worked in the 50's, 60's, 70's or 80's. There were other cults that flourished in the past (TM, EST, etc.) but a shared workspace cult? I don't think so.
ОтветитьDon’t blame the founder. Blame the investors who didn’t check things properly and gave him the money.
Ответитьwho are the investors who make mbti tests to founders I want to meet w them.
ОтветитьEasy Answer: He's the Founder
ОтветитьI think the nerdy, introverted characters who don't care about money are the greatest showmen ever. They convinced you that they don't care about money, which is a special part of their charisma. They seem like they wouldn't hurt a fly.
ОтветитьIt's a fonzy sceme
ОтветитьAny specific suggestions for minority founders?
Ответитьhe's a communist zionist somehow and because his company started in Israel and well Israel economy is crumbling now it's obvious why
ОтветитьGoing to try my best to be a decent Founder with some Integrity
ОтветитьThere needs to be a Mount Rushmore of fraudulent CEOs erected at Silicon Valley. It should be Adam Neumann, Elizabeth Holmes, Trevor Milton and Sam Bankman-Fried. Actually, when the other 3 get out of prison, they should start their own company, another tech startup lolll.
ОтветитьBecause he is Jewish
ОтветитьWeWork was a cool concept for a place to have a small enterprise. It might've been successful at a smaller scale if: A) They had an algorithm for growing at a rate that didn't generate too much risk. B). They represented the company using more conventional financial metrics. If the growth rate had stayed in the 30% range yearly and they dodged the work-at-home trend, they would still be here.
ОтветитьHis name holds all the answers
ОтветитьJust check where he came from and you’ll know why he gets so much money all the time 😂
ОтветитьWe Don't Work
ОтветитьDont blame the player, those fools who call themself investors deserve it
ОтветитьWhen did Marco Inaros become a startup founder?
ОтветитьGreed is the problem here. Venture capitalists wants to maximize roi as fast as they can w/o thinking about the consequences or caring about the company itself. That's why they are drawn to scammers like these.
ОтветитьAll these people always keep their money no matter what happens
Ответитьyou can explain it all you want. the guy is a pump and dump con artist. he scammed investors. plain and simple. that's why he is still rich. or, he played poker and won. also, there is a common denominator in adam's story. do you know what it is?
Ответитьughh. this host's attempt to deliver a non rehearsed talking style is sooo rehearsed and painful. makes this vid impossible to watch. mute him and put on CC
ОтветитьThis is "redefine definition of success"on a whole new level 😂😂😂. how to win while losing 😅😅😅
ОтветитьThe flaw was always clear. Use rent by highly unstable tenants levered on massive commercial leases and opex costs.
ОтветитьIt was a billon dollar con…
ОтветитьIt's more of a "fake it until you break it" startup culture.
ОтветитьIs this an ad for the movie?
ОтветитьLike most CEO , there sell there share before it goes bust
ОтветитьDefinition of "making money from nothing" how do you finesse yourself and win? Lol
ОтветитьThat's what these people do. They put themselves first, talk it up and pocket the money before it all goes tits up.
ОтветитьHe survived because he is a chosen one!
They are good at stealing people’s money and getting away with it.
There you go, now you don’t have to watch the 18min video!
When you owe $10,000 it's your problem when you owe 10 million it's the bank's problem
