My favorite mode of transport are trams, It's always a little rail adventure and if the tracks are dedicated, they almost never get into traffic jams unlike road-based vehicles. They're excellent for both long and short distance travel.
But i also enjoy taxi because of the community, it's much easier to strike a conversation in a car than in a noisy rail-based transport if you're going somewhere.
Language Trivia Time!
The swedish word "trams" means "nonsense" in english. Example: "What is this nonsense?" = "Vad är det här för trams?"
The english "tram" is "spårvagn" is swedish = "rail carriage".
Pika Pika pond is coming along nicely. Great work!
ОтветитьLove your videos, just a suggestion, you have far too many train lines, with a little bit more track work you would only need maximum two lines and wouldn’t need so many trains and the massive rail yards. It is probably time to start expanding the metro system as well, which generally work better as cross city with interchanges for other lines/transport rather than loops.
ОтветитьFavorite mode has to be trains. I just love putting them everywhere and building a huge network. Bug trams are my second
Ответить✈️
ОтветитьMy favorite mode of transport is teleportation :D
ОтветитьHmm, seeing more lag than usual. CS2 seems to have been running super-smoothly for you even with large cities. Maybe a mod causing the lag?
ОтветитьLove my Rickshaw , 3 wheels FTW
ОтветитьBikes! Unfortunately I'm a console only player but i was so grateful to get bike networks in SS1. I hope if we ever get SS2 on console they will have added them back in!
ОтветитьDont spam trees over all your green/park areas... should leave decent sized field areas for sports/recreation activities. "Jumpers for goalposts... isn't it."
ОтветитьMetro!!
Ответить🏍💨 all day every day!
ОтветитьI've already started 2 different maps to test with some of the simplest mods and it always happened to me that the residential demand stopped existing with 10,000 inhabitants!
Any idea what it could be?! Thanks!

ОтветитьJust lovin’ this new CS2 series Biffa! Need a footpath between the Urban Promenade buildings on Wood Street so residents can access the tram stop on Magnolia Street. Also a Medical Clinic for the new area. Great work as always mate!
ОтветитьIt's amazing how streamers can get this game to look like it's actually good and how successful their cities are. Every single time I tried to play this game in the first few months of release my cities locked up and stagnated at low populations, I lost interest and went back to CS1. Has this become playable in the past year?
ОтветитьTrams! love me a tram
ОтветитьJust wanted to let you know, I watch your videos almost every time you upload, but for some time like a few months, youre videos arent being recommended and I have to search you
Ответитьblimp
ОтветитьBeautiful addition! Walkable towns are so nice.
ОтветитьWow. Did they put in the trams without testing them on the roundabouts?.? Really nothing is shocking me anymore! Little more effort pls!
ОтветитьThere are 2 traffic signals right besides each other at the first junction where people enter from the highway in Pika pika pond town
ОтветитьPlease for the love of god have public transport go both ways. Not just a loop. Now that's off my chest, my favorite mode of transport, is a motorbike/electric bike.
ОтветитьLike look to birdsong mills
ОтветитьThe Asian park in a European area reminded me of the Chinese Tower in the English Garrden in Munich. Even so it doesn't look to Chinese to me 😅
ОтветитьAnother beautiful build. Thank you.
ОтветитьMy favorite tramsport is squats, but I do get a few looks though.
ОтветитьTearain 🚂
ОтветитьFav mode of transport has to be overnight cross channel ferry. No contest really, has a pub onboard; dolphin joke, what more do you want?
Ответить🚅🚋🚋🚋🚋🚋🚋
ОтветитьFavorite mode would be my two legs, I love running! But as far as trying to get to further locations, I wish I had trains in my area! Those are amazing
ОтветитьNice addition to Pika Pika pond.
You might want to make sure there is enough parking for the new housing area.
We missed an opportunity of calling the pond Pika Pika Chai 😆
ОтветитьWhy does this look so bland and plasticky? I know it's not Biffa, his builds were always so realistic! Is it the new Cities Skylines version?
Ответить🚋🚋🚋
Ответитьold biffa would be appauled by that interchange
Ответить🛸
Ответить🛺🛺🛺🛺
ОтветитьIt always irks me when you make so many unnecessary intersections right next to each other.
ОтветитьHi Biffa. Though it might be a good idea if you placed the Chinese style monument onto it's own custom island, somewhere just off shore of Pika Pika Pond? Thought that It would compliment that particular monuments aesthetics, but still fit in to the overall look of the area. Peace All
ОтветитьDidn't you say this area is European style? Then what's with all the square grid streets?
ОтветитьI think the asian-style park would fit even if the theme is Europe. As a real life example, Zurich has a Chinese garden.
ОтветитьNice!
Suggestion: Maybe make the large tram loop bidirectional, with a CW and a CCW line, while keeping the parts in the more densely populated areas one way as is. Compare with for example Croydon in the southern parts of London, or Köpenick in the southeastern parts of Berlin, that both have a single track loop in the central city area but otherwise have regular bidirectional routes, kind of.
Also: not 100% sure but I think that some section of the asymmetric road on the road passing by the area are the wrong way around. I.E. where traffic exits this part onto the highway.
🚇and 🚋 are my favorite! Pika Pika Pond is like the best name ever!! Still love it! Very nice build Biffa 🤩 It's looking mighty good!
ОтветитьNice to come back to brewberg
ОтветитьMy legs are my favourite mode of transport
