Dump & Go Cauliflower Tomato Curry in Instant Pot
Recipe :
Ingredients :
1. Cauliflower (florets ) - 1 cup
2. Tomato pieces - 1/2 cup
3. Onion ( chopped ) - 1/4 cup
4. Green Chillies - 2 ( slit )
5. Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup
6. Salt
7. Oil - 1 Tablespoons

Procedure :
1. Put all the above ingredients into the pot and close the lid and turn vent to sealing position
2. Set time : Manual (or) Pressure cook - 4 minutes
Pressure - HIGH
Release - Quick Release
3. When it is cooked then do Quick release .
