That's not an air chuck. A chuck is the nozzle part you press onto a valve stem to inflate tires.

JIS is a defunct standard and none of your “JIS” screwdrivers are actually JIS because it doesn’t really exist anymore. For years now, manufacturers of JIS screwdrivers, including vessel, have been conforming to DIN 5260-PH/ISO 8763-1; since 2008 to be exact. Your JIS screwdrivers are the adapted to the same exact industrial standard as the Philips drivers you get at Home Depot unless they were purchased pre 2008.
