Thanks for sharing. Have you tried putting notebook in the center, inside the craft folder? Maybe then it won’t stick out.

I use Etsy for my TN refills with all of them being 64gsm Tomoe River lined paper. Her shop is called GoodINKPressions. Highly recommended

I love Apica paper. It's my go to for my Traveler's Notebook. I also buy the roughly ten inch by seven inch size, and use them for all sorts of things, but mainly for day notes. I get three months out of each notebook. The paper is smooth, and doesn't ghost, even with the wet medium nibs I use.

The trouble with Moleskine is that one notebook will have perfect fountain pen paper, and the next will have terrible paper that ghosts and bleeds. The last one I bought was lousy, but the one before that was pretty good. These were large classic Moleskines, and not the cahier.

A friend told me that someone in the Moleskine distribution chain told a friend of his that the company was selling off old inventory, which would explain the inconsistencies in the paper. Trouble is, I don't know whether the old notebooks are the good ones, or whether the new notebooks are the good ones, assuming this is the problem.

This is a late comment I realize but the life notebooks come in an A6 size called Pistachio or Vermillion, might be more true to the passport size
