26-minute documentary I edited in 1992 about what makes the New York Times the New York Times. The times wanted and paid for a 12-minute piece. My first rough cut was 26 minutes, and they couldn't find anything they were willing to remove, so they agreed to pay for the additional postproduction and published everything I gave them.
