I bought the organic Ceylon cinnamon powder that is in your video. It doesn't smell or taste like cinnamon at all. Is Ceylon cinnamon supposed to be flavorless, or do you think that I bought a bad batch? I have an old container of Saigon cinnamon that I bought from Costco about 10 years ago, and it still smells and tastes like the cinnamon I know.

I take about 1/2 tsp of Ceylon cinnamon daily but I read that taking it beyond 6 months it can have a detrimental effect to your health. Do you have any thoughts on this? I love that it is helping with my insulin levels but I worry about the long term effects.

Along with this risk, non-organic spices, especially those sourced from overseas, can be laced with heavy pesticides and herbicides. So it's best to buy "Organic" herbs and spices.

Always good information. I saw that you guys tested Amazing Grass superfood and found an unhealthy amount of lead, arsenic and cadmium. I am so mad and frustrated that I bought that product but the company wouldn't respond. Did you ever retest their products and why, oh why are they allowed to continue selling their products.
